Recipe Ingredients for Tennessee Fry Bread

3 tbsp butter
1 c self rising flour
1/2 c buttermilk
3 tbsp all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Tennessee Fry Bread

place butter in a 12 in oven proof skillet; place in a 450 degree oven for 2-3 min or until melted. in a bowl combine flour and buttermilk just until moistened. turn onto a surface dusted with all pupose flour; knead 4-5 times.pat dough to 1/4 in thickness. cut with a 2 1/2 in biscuit cutter. place in a single layer in prepared pan; carefully turn to coat. bake at 450 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until golden.
