Recipe Ingredients for Tennessee Caviar

30 oz Black Eyed Peas, Organic
2 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
15 oz Tomatoes Diced with Green Chilies
1 cup White Shoepeg Corn
8 oz Kraft Free Dressing Fat Free Zesty Italian
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Tennessee Caviar

Drain and rinse black-eyed peas. Drain corn. Chop medium sized green pepper and onion. Mix together with 1 cup (or less) of Italian dressing.
