Recipe Ingredients for Tenderloin pork with green beens

2 tsp walnut oil
100 g pork tenderloin
40 g onion
40 g red pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/5 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp dill
100 g beans, snap, green, frozen
550 ml water

Recipe Directions for Tenderloin pork with green beens

  1. Put 500 ml of water in a pan to boil, add the frozen green beans and boil. When al-dente remove pot from heat source.

  2. Cut the pork in small pieces. Cut the onion and pepper in thin slices.

  3. In a pan with lid pour the oil, heat and add the pepper and then the onion. Leave for 1 min. Add the pork, cover and leave to cook until water evaporates. Add salt, paprika, 50 ml water. Place the lid and cook until tender. Remove lid and add the green beans, black pepper and dill.

  4. Leave it for a few more minutes to simmer.

  5. Enjoy.
