350 grams Beef, Tenderloin
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic
2 cup, shredded Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-choi)
1 tbsp Olive Oil

  1. marinate tenderloin in salt, pepper and soy sauce

  2. grill

  3. saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil

  4. grill chinese cabbage

  5. arrange in serving platter
