A cheater's way to make "lasagna." Quick and easy.

Recipe Ingredients for Ten Minute Lasagna

26 oz. pasta sauce
30 oz. cheese ravioli, large, frozen, unthawed
16 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Ten Minute Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Coat a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray and spoon in a third of the sauce. Arrange 12 (or so) ravioli on top and scatter the spinach over them. Top with half of each cheese. Cover with another layer of ravioli and the remaining sauce and cheese.

  2. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until bubbly.
