Yummy and vegan -- tempeh disguises itself as meat for tacos.

Recipe Ingredients for Tempeh Tacos!

2 T orange juice
8 oz tempeh
3 T soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp peanut oil
1 large tomato
1 green bell pepper
1/4 c onion
2 T garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tsp liquid smoke
1 T maple syrup
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 medium carrot

Recipe Directions for Tempeh Tacos!

Sautee onion and pepper and carrot, then crumble up the tempeh and throw it in. After a few minutes, put in the diced tomato and add the rest of the ingredients, to taste. Serve on tortillas with optional extra salsa, cheese or soy cheese, and lettuce.
