Recipe Ingredients for Tempeh stir fry

250 g tempeh, cubed
4 tbs teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs minced fresh ginger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup asparagus, cut into 5 cm pieces
1 cup broccoli florets
2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
300 g bok choy

Recipe Directions for Tempeh stir fry

  1. Steam tempeh for 10 minutes. Mix tempeh with soy sauce and garlic and marinate for 1 hour.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add onion and stir-fry 6 minutes.

  3. Add tempeh with its marinade, asparagus and bell pepper. Stir-fry until the asparagus are soft.

  4. Serve the stir-fried tempeh with rice or noodles
