Recipe Ingredients for Tempeh Salad

8 oz Organic Tempeh - Three Grain
1 carrot
1/2 bulb fennel
1/4 onion
3 tbsp Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp Sea Seasonings Organic Kelp Granules
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tempeh Salad

Steam tempeh for 10 minutes and then cool. Dice onions and fennel, shred carrot, and crumble tempeh. Add all other ingredients and stir well. season to taste with salt and pepper.
