16 oz tempeh
2 tbsp Vegenaise
1 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Tempeh Salad

  1. Crumble tempeh into bowl.

  2. Add Vegenaise and mustard; stir to mix completely.

  3. Eat as is, or spread between two slices of bread. Great with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles!
