Recipe Ingredients for tempeh bolognese

2 cups tomato sauce
4 oz tempeh
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp basil
1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for tempeh bolognese

  1. Fry tempeh in olive oil with garlic until browned

  2. add tomato sauce and heat

  3. before removing from heat add chopped fresh basil and parsley

  4. add salt and pepper to taste
