8 oz. silken tofu
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 tbs. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
400 g tomatoes
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Tempeh and Aubergine Moussaka

  1. Prepare aubergine as in Vegan Planet

  3. Prepare sauce as in Veganomicon

  4. Prepare pine nut cream as in Veganomicon
