1 cup Quinoa
8 oz Organic Tempeh - Flax
3 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain
1 tbsp Soybean Paste
3 tsp Ginger Root
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for Tempeh with Almond-Miso Paste

  1. Prepare quinoa according to package directions.

  2. Combine miso, ginger, garlic, almond butter, and 1/3 cup water.

  3. Stir-fry tempeh for a couple of minutes, then add vegetables and stir-fry until tender. Serve atop quinoa and drizzle with sauce.
