Recipe Ingredients for Teddi's Hummus

3 1/2 c garbonzo beans, canned
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 c water
1/2 c tahini
1/4 c olive oil

Recipe Directions for Teddi's Hummus

Place chickpeas, garlic, and salt into food processor. Process 20 seconds. Stop, scrape bowl and process another 20 seconds. Add lemon juice and water. Process another 20 seconds. add tahini. process another 20 seconds. Scrape bowl. With processor running, drizzle olive oil. Serve chilled if desired or garmished with extra garlic. Makes about 32 two tablespoon servings.
