Recipe Ingredients for Teabread

100 g raisins
50 g candied fruit
100 g sugar
220 g flour
1 medium egg
1 cup tea
50 g butter

Recipe Directions for Teabread

  1. Stand the raisins and sugar in the tea overnight.

  2. Beat the egg then stir into the raisins and tea.

  3. Beat in the flour

  4. Bake at 175?C for one hour.

  5. Slice, spread with butter and eat!
