This is how I make my tea. Black tea is flavoured tea, which is probably a little higher in calories

Recipe Ingredients for Tea

1 tbsp black tea
1 tsp honey
1 cup boiling water
4 tbsp milk

Recipe Directions for Tea

  1. Heat tea cup

  2. Boil water in a kettle or over stove

  3. Add loose leaf black tea to strainer or pot. Add water.

  4. Steep for up to 5 minutes

  5. Add honey and milk, stir.
