An ideal alternative to cake and biscuits if you're craving something sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Tea Loaf

201 g sultanas
25 g cranberries, dried
13 g sweetener, granulated
200 ml tea
1 egg
170 g self raising flour, white
56 g self raising flour, wholemeal

Recipe Directions for Tea Loaf

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150oC.

  2. Mix all fruit together, pour on the tea and leave in a covered bowl overnight.

  3. Next day mix in the egg, sweetener and flour.

  4. Pour mixture into greased loaf tin and bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes.
