Recipe Ingredients for Tea Biscuit

1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Tea Biscuit

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

  2. Cut in the butter.

  3. Add sour cream and mix.

  4. Shape and flatten about 1/2" to 3/4" and cut into 4.

  5. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
