I eat this in between a flour or wheat tortilla and then fold over and serve a little on top of tortilla as well...

Recipe Ingredients for Tawnya's Crockpot Chili Verde

2 1/2 lbs boneless shoulder roast
1/2 cup onion, chopped
32 oz refried beans, fat free, 2-16 oz cans
10 oz green enchilada sauce, mild, 1-10 oz can
127 g green chilies, chopped, 1-4.5 oz can
2 cups water
1 Garlic salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Tawnya's Crockpot Chili Verde

Put all ingredients in crock pot on medium setting and cook for 6-8 hours until roast is tender. Cooking times will vary depending on size of crockpot.... Serve on a tortilla, then fold tortilla over and serve a little on top of tortilla as well..... should serve 8-10....
