Seard pork in a LOW SODIUM Cream of Mushroom Soup with brown rice and peas

Recipe Ingredients for Tavs' Pork and mushroom over bed of rice and peas

16 oz raw Pork Stew Meat
1 serving Campbells "ready to serve" Cream Of Mushrrom LOW SODIUM Soup 1 can
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Tavs' Pork and mushroom over bed of rice and peas

  1. .Fry pork in 1 spray of pam.

  2. Boil rice in water adding cayenne and garlic powder to ehance flavour.

  3. put soup in pan and add pork. simmer slowly until bubbling.

  4. put frozen peas in strainer adn let warm/hot water flow ove rthem to de frost. when ready , strain rice over peas and then mix peas and rice together.

  5. put rice and peas mixture on to plate and pour ove rthe top the pork and mushrooms soup

  6. black pepper to taste--- enjoy.
