0.5 medium raw Tomato Roma
2 serving Walmart Hot Salsa - 2Tbsp per serving
1 serving Walmart - Whole Jalapenos 2pcs per serving
5 serving cottage cheese fat free
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Frozen Green Beans
1 1/2 tablespoons(16 g) Nutritional Yeast
3.527 oz Pepper Sauce

Recipe Directions for Tavs' Pizza Topping For Whole Wheat Pizza

1st. roll out pizza dough nd put in skillet or on pizza tray. oven at 350-400F. spread Salsa on pizza base. Sprinkle defrosted/drained peas on. place sliced tomato and jalapeno on top of peas and green beans. topp off with cottage cheese and splashes of tabasco and blk pepper to taste. cook for 15-25 mins check not to burn. optional , sprinkle yeast on top of hot pizza and cut into for pieces. 1 slice peer serving
