461 grams Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
254 grams Onions
50 grams Egg, Whole
404 grams Milk
42 grams Cheese
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Tatws Pum Munud / Tsips Llongwr / Teisen Winwns

  1. Peel Potatoes & Onions

  2. 'Chop' potatoes and onions into slices.

  3. Place in baking vessel in alternate layers. Each layer covered with sprinkling of salt, pepper and grated garlic (to taste).

  4. Whip egg with milk (as if making scrambled egg) and pour over the potato & onion layers.

  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.

  6. Cook in oven at 200C for an hour, or until ready.
