Main course casserole quick and easy to prepare. Found in a Menonite cookbook from the Moose Jaw (Caronport) area in Saskatchewan

Recipe Ingredients for Tator tot hot dish

1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Plain Mixed Vegetables
5 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 cup Potato Puffs

Recipe Directions for Tator tot hot dish

  1. Brown ground beef ( approx 1 lb) drain excess fat

  2. In a casserole dish add vegetables either frozen or canned.

  3. Add in can of chicken soup and half can of water.

  4. Top with tator tots

  5. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
