Recipe Ingredients for Tater Tot Hotdish

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 c frozen corn
3/4 c frozen peas
3/4 c frozen carrots
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 c shredded cheese
18 oz tater tots

Recipe Directions for Tater Tot Hotdish

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Brown beef and saute onions. Add cumin and paprika. Stir in vegetables, soup, and 3/4 c cheese.

  3. Place in greased casserole dish. Make a single layer of tater tots on top of dish and top with remaining cheese.

  4. Bake for half an hour or until tater tots are are crispy.
