Recipe Ingredients for Tasty Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

2 c mashed banana
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c canola oil
1/2 c vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Tasty Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour into wet ingredients. Use a heaping 1 Tablespoon of batter for each mini muffin. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, checking after 8 or 9 minutes.
