Tasty super green soup with extra meat protein!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Tasty Super Green Soup with Steak

5.6 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
3 cup Soup
2 cup, chopped Kale
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Tasty Super Green Soup with Steak

  1. Take 2 thin cut top round steaks (approximately 2.9 oz each) and splash with worcestershire sauce, seal salt, and fresh pepper. Fry in no-stick pan on medium heat until well done. Set aside.

  2. Separate fresh kale from stalks, rinse, and steam for 5 minutes with chopped fresh garlic.Set aside.

  3. Chop broccoli into very small pieces and cook in microwave with 1/4 cup of water for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and splash with soy sauce and cover. Set aside.

  4. Put four servings (1/2-3/4 cups dry) of bulk, dried split pea soup in medium large pot. Boil water in teapot and pour 4-5 cups of water in with dried soup. Turn on heat for soup to medium low or simmer. Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried curry.

  5. In a food processor, add kale, broccoli and garlic. Mix until course. Add to simmering soup. Cut steak into half inch cubes, add to simmering soup.

  6. Let soup continue to simmer for ten minutes. Serve.
