Its my version of scampi but with fish.

Recipe Ingredients for tasty salmon

3 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup white wine
4 oz salmon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch of salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for tasty salmon

  1. Preheat your skillet add the olive oil and the butter.Once its heated thru, add the onions till they are soft and transparent,then add the garlic.Simmer till its all soft.

  2. Add the wine and let it reduce.Season your fish with salt and pepper before adding it to your sauce.Cook your salmon for about 3 minutes on each side or till it flakes easily.I dont like to flip it too much or it'll fall apart.

  3. Add the lemon juice at the end right before you serve it.
