I got this off the net @ thebakehouse.blogspot.com/ The original recipe calls for carob powder and dried currants, but as many people do not have those kicking around, or don't know where to get them, I've substituted cocoa powder and dried cranberries instead :) Still works, and just as tasty!

Recipe Ingredients for Tasty Raw Bars

2 c Rolled Oats
1 c shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 c ground flax seed
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c raw sunflower seeds
1/2 c cocoa powder
1/3 c natural peanut butter
1 c raw honey

Recipe Directions for Tasty Raw Bars

  1. Mix all ingredients together really well.

  2. Portion into small log-shaped servings (approx. 1.5 oz.), or spray 1-2 cookie sheets with Pam, fill with mix, and cut.

  3. Refrigerate to keep longer, but they will keep just fine out of the fridge as well :)
