makes a tasty healthy omelet:
5 grams Graded Parmesan Cheese
62 grams Francesco Rinaldi Chunky Garden Pasta Sauce
13 grams cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cups borden shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cups egg whites
1/4 cups frozen spinach
1/4 cups frozen onions

Recipe Directions for Tasty Healthy Omelet

pam the pan, heat it, add egg whites, then onions and spinach, pile the sauces and cheese on next (all pretty quickly) as they will help defrost the spinach and onion. cook omelet through. also, if the egg cooks too fast and the cheese isnt melted, i usually microwave it really quickly to avoid burning the eggs.
