Recipe Ingredients for Tasty Diet Baked Potato

16 oz potato
2 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
3/4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup minced yellow onion
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 tspn pepper

Recipe Directions for Tasty Diet Baked Potato

  1. scrub 1 16 lb. russet potato, pierce several times with a fork and cook in a 350 degree oven till soft.

  2. Remove from oven, cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out flesh and mix with other ingredients.

  3. Place back in skins and enjoy it all, even the skins.
