Tasty couscous- a good side dish for kebabs

Recipe Ingredients for Tasty couscous

2 tablespoon couscous
1 red chilli pepper
1/4 green pepper
20 g cucumber
1 tomato
1 teaspoon raisins
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 carrot

Recipe Directions for Tasty couscous

  1. bring water and olive oil to boil in pan

  2. add couscous, and return to boil

  3. then turn heat off

  4. add other ingredients except parsley

  5. cover pot with lid and leave to sit for 5 minutes

  6. stir through parsley and serve
