I had to alter the amounts I used to make the recipe give me the actual calories. I used 3 whole walnuts and 3 tbsp. of Hellmann's LIGHT Mayo... Everything else is accurate. Makes 2 1/2 cups, or 5 servings, and is DELICIOUS inside of a whole grain pita.

Recipe Ingredients for Tasty Chicken Salad

2 cups chicken,
20 grapes,
1/10 scallion,
9/20 oz walnut,
2 7/20 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 stalk celery

Recipe Directions for Tasty Chicken Salad

  1. Boil the chicken (boneless & skinless) for 15-20 minutes. Dice the celery and the scallions. Cut the grapes in half. Crush the walnuts. Add all of these ingredients in a bowl. Add the mayo.

  2. Shake it up.

  3. Simple as that.
