Recipe Ingredients for Tarragon-Dijon sauce

12 tsp butter
16 green onions
1 1/2 cups white wine
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
6 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cup light sour cream
6 tsp tarragon

Recipe Directions for Tarragon-Dijon sauce

  1. Add butter to large pot

  2. Add onions and half of tarragon, cook until translucent

  3. Add white wine, wait for simmer

  4. Add broth and dijon mustard, wait for simmer

  5. Add sour cream and remainder of tarragon

  6. Salt/pepper to tase

  7. Reduce until thick
