This is a delicious and easy to make relatively low calorie chicken salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Tarragon Chicken Salad

1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup seedless grapes, cut into halves
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Recipe Directions for Tarragon Chicken Salad

Cut chicken into scant 1/2 inch pieces. Combine chicken, celery, and grapes in large bowl. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, tarragon, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Spoon over chicken mixture; mix lightly.
