This chicken breast is tender, moist and has a ton of flabor. I love using tarragon as it gives a nice french flair to the dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Tarragon Chicken Breast

20 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
0.75 cup, chopped or diced Onions
2 clove Garlic
8 oz Wine
1 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Tarragon Chicken Breast

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet

  2. Add chicken and cook for 3 minuts

  3. Turn chicken over add 1 tsp of tarragon and cook for another 3 minuts

  4. Turn chicken and cook for about 3 more minuts turning so that the chicken doesn't stick to the pan.

  5. Put chicken on a warm plate in the oven

  6. In the same skillet, cook onion, garlic and wine for about 2 minuts stirring every now and then

  7. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil

  8. Add remaining tarragon and then the chicken

  9. Cook for 5 more inutes turning chicken in sauce, until chicken is nice and tender.
