450 g. Taro Root
170 g tapioca starch
1 pinch of sea salt

Recipe Directions for Taro dumpling for yam pot

Wash and boil the taro until cooked. Let cool, peel skins, and mash finely. Add tapioca starch and salt. Form into balls the size of a small apple and press down in the middle to form a slightly flattened bowl-like shape. Deep fry in oil until golden.
