Tapioca pudding made with almond milk

Recipe Ingredients for Tapioca Pudding

24 fl oz Original
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 cup Tapioca, Pearl, Dry
2 medium Egg
1/4 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Tapioca Pudding

  1. 1/2 c tapioca pearls

  2. 1/2 c sugar

  3. 3 cups almond milk

  4. 1/4 t salt

  5. 1 t vanilla extract

  6. Soak tapioca overnight in 2 cups of water.

  7. Drain tapioca and cook in double boiler with salt, sugar and almond milk for 15-20 minutes, until tapioca pearls are translucent.

  8. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

  9. Serve warm or cold with coconut, fruit, whipped cream or other toppings.
