Recipe Ingredients for Tapioca Pudding

1/3 cup sugar
3 tbs Tapioca
2 3/4 cups 1% milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Tapioca Pudding

  1. Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a medium sauce pan. Let stand 5 minutes

  2. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil.

  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla

  4. Cool 20 minutes
