Recipe Ingredients for tapioca pudding

3 tbsp tapioca
2 tbsp splenda
2 1/4 c skim milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for tapioca pudding

  1. lightly beat eggs, then add to tapioca, splenda and milk.

  2. let sit 5 minutes, then microwave on high until it boils, stirring occasionally.

  3. allow to cool, stir once or twice

  4. ENJOY if you miss smooth creamy desserts
