Creamy delicious with next to no fat. High on the sugar though.

Recipe Ingredients for Tapioca Pudding

6 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
4 c. skim milk

Recipe Directions for Tapioca Pudding

Combine all ingredients. Using fuzzy logic rice cooker, cook on Porridge cycle. At end of cycle, stir mixture. You may want to run the cycle one or two more times to thicken the pudding. After last cycle, remove bowl from cooker and stir pudding. Pour into serving bowl and cool completely.
