Recipe Ingredients for Tapioca Pudding-Lite

3 tbsp tapioca
2 3/4 cups skim milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for Tapioca Pudding-Lite

Mix Splenda, tapioca, milk, and egg in saucepan. Let set 5 min. Cook on med. heat , stirring constantly. Let come to full boil. Remove from heat. Let cool 20 min.
