Tapenade Recipe

Adapted from Bon Appetit, this olive dip is great with pita bread that has been cut into triangles and toasted!

Recipe Ingredients for Tapenade

2 T capers (drained)
4 anchovies
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t lemon juice
1 1/2 c black olives (pitted)
3 garlic cloves
1/2 t fresh thyme
1 T Scotch
1/4 c olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tapenade

Pulse olives in food processor until they are rough chopped. Remove to a bowl and combine all the other ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth. Mix together and serve with crackers or the pita triangles. Keeps in the refrigerator for a week.
