Delicious veg dish. Enough for a meal for one, or a side dish for 2.

Recipe Ingredients for Tani's awesome veg.

1 3/4 cup raw Organic Rainbow Swiss Chard
20 grams Broccoli, Cooked
2 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
20 grams Sweetpotato
1 tablespoon Organic Butter
0.13 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
4 tsp Garlic
3 Teaspoon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Tani's awesome veg.

Saute (broil?) all the veg in the butter with the lid. Make sure everything is thinly sliced. layer in a fry pan, first the sweet potato, then the broccoli and chopped swiss chard stalks. Cook on low with lid on for a few mins. Remove lid turn up the heat. Add the garlic and mustard and some cream stir through the veg. Add a good lug of wine, turn up the heat some more and let bubble. When all wilted and yummy put in a bow with some finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese. YUM.
