This is a great filling, and flavorful option for lunch food, or a quick snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Veggie tuna salad

5 oz chunk light tuna
1/8 cup cucumber, diced
1/8 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/8 cup onion, diced
1/8 cup dill pickles, minced
1 tbs light mayo
1 tbs miracle whip

Recipe Directions for Tangy Veggie tuna salad

Drain tuna and combine chopped vegetables and tuna. Then stir in the light mayo and miracle whip. Serve on crackers, in a wrap, pocket or on whole wheat bread. For a sandwich that is a whole meal add thin slices of pepper jack cheese, and top with sliced cucumbers and Tomatos.
