Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Three Cheese Sauce

2 oz 1% sharp cheddar
2 servings (2oz) Colby Monterey cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp ICBINB light soft
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup water
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 serving (Tbsp) grated parmesan romano

Recipe Directions for Tangy Three Cheese Sauce

  1. Chop garlic. Melt ICBINB on medium heat and add garlic. Cook for 3 mins or so.

  2. Add flour to make a paste.

  3. Add 1/2 the milk while wisking vigorously.

  4. Add the cheese and stir until melted.

  5. Add the rest of the milk and 1/2 the water; stir.

  6. Bring to simmer.

  7. Add sauce, vinegar, and chili powder.

  8. Add remaining water, stir and remove from heat.

  9. It will thicken.

  10. Stir before serving and drizzle over desired food or use as a dip.

  11. Dust with parmesan bfore serving.
