Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Sweet Potatoes

2 pounds sweet potatoes
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Marmalade
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoons hot sauce
1 salt and pepper
1 dash nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Tangy Sweet Potatoes

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.

  2. Drain and return to the hot pot. Mash with buttermilk, marmalade, butter, hot sauce, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Adjust seasonings and serve it up.
