Dressing for cooked greens. Taken from The Healthy Kitchen by Weil and Daly (pg 244)

Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Miso Dressing

1/4 cup white miso
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Recipe Directions for Tangy Miso Dressing

  1. Stir miso and tahini together.

  2. add lemon juice and water.

  3. mix well.

  4. stir in remaining ingredients.

  5. spoon over sauteed greens and onions.
