Great for dipping sticky rice. The recipe actually calls for palm sugar (however, this is not in the database) but brown sugar can be substituted.

Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Lime Dip

2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp hot chili sauce (Sriracha Rooster sauce)
1 tsp chopped cilantro (I suggest getting the pre-chopped cilantro in a tube)

Recipe Directions for Tangy Lime Dip

Combine all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Will keep covered in the fridge for a week.
