Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Legume Salad

7 1/2 oz sweet peas
7 1/2 oz french style green beans
1 peppers, sweet, red chopped
1 onion chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
3/4 c sugar

Recipe Directions for Tangy Legume Salad

  1. Mix and refrig over-night.

  2. Use full cans. Had to use partials to get the right calorie count - hmm?

  3. Drain and Serve.
