Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Citrus Shrimp Stir Fry

1 lb shrimp
3 c stir fry vegetables
6 T Dressing (Litehouse Tangy Citrus Ginger Marinade)
3 c spinach (raw)
1 tsp cooking oil (or cooking spray)

Recipe Directions for Tangy Citrus Shrimp Stir Fry

Heat a skillet or wok and add the oil. Stir fry shrimp until just heated through, remove from pan. Stir fry the vegetables and cook until tender-crisp. Add shrimp and sauce to the skillet and heat through. Serve warm over spinach leaves or greens of your choice.
