Chicken breast with garlic, thyme and fresh green onions. Marsala wine is a rich italian dessert wine often used in cooking. Most of the alcohol is cooked out in this recipe. leaving a great sauce to pour over your dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Chicken Saute

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
16 ounce chicken breast tenders
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup chicken broth or marsala wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for Tangy Chicken Saute

  1. Place Flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, saute chicken in 2 tablespoons oil in batches for 2 minutes on each side or until no longer pink: drain. Remove and keep warm.

  2. In the same skillet, saute the onions and garlic in remaining oil for 3 minutes. Stir in broth, salt and thyme. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve over Chicken.
